1. All personal data transmitted by the user in the course of using the website will be collected, processed and used by Oriyena Dental Hamburg GmbH in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations to the extent necessary for the establishment, design or modification of the user relationship in an automated procedure. Oriyena Dental Hamburg GmbH is entitled to transmit the data to third parties commissioned by it to carry out the user relationship, in particular to affiliated companies within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).

The core personal data: professional, industry or business relationship, name, title, academic degrees, address and year of birth may be stored, processed and used by Muster GmbH and its affiliated companies within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. AktG also for market research and written consulting and information purposes (advertising) about their products and services to the extent necessary. The user may object to the transmission and use of personal data for these purposes at any time and without giving reasons via the communication data mentioned in section 2.

4. Likewise, the email address provided during registration may be stored, processed and used by Muster GmbH and its affiliated companies within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. AktG for consulting and information purposes about their products and services (advertising & market research) via electronic communication channels (e.g., email services), if and to the extent that the customer has given their consent to this as part of the online registration or in any other way. The customer can revoke their consent at any time via the communication data mentioned in paragraph 2 without giving reasons.

5. To enable the user to have a smooth and better experience of the websites operated at www.musterfirma.de, so-called cookies are used. These are small text files that a web server – e.g., the web server of www.musterfirma.de – sends to the user’s browser to enable recognition of the user (e.g., to recall settings made by the user on the next visit to the website or to save the user repeated entries when switching between functions that require a password entry).
